Route 13 Relocation connects the northern four-lane divided section near Route 24 with the existing two-lane Route 13 to the south. This 3.1 mile extension unites the gap between these two sections improving safety and decreasing travel time while providing a convenient and economical north/south route. TREKK Design Group, LLC is providing land acquisition plan development including right-of-way and easement layout, legal descriptions, and tract maps; plan quality control review, traffic control, erosion control, signing and pavement marking plan.
