This project inovlves completing the sanitary sewer evaluation of the Rock Creek Public Sewer District's collection system. Conducted flow monitoring in fourteen (14) sanitary sewer basins, inspecting 2,000 manholes and smoke testing 500,000 lf of sanitary sewers.
