Traffic impact study and roadway improvement plans involving a 40 acre mixed use commercial project located in the southwest corner of Route 9 and Route 45. The scope of this project involves improvements to Route 45 and Route 9
required by MoDOT for the Parkville Commons Shopping Center Development. These
improvements include adding turn lanes, roadway widening, storm drainage system
design, intersection lighting, signal modifications and installing the
interconnect between existing signals.
